Asthanga Inspired

The goal of yoga is to guide the mind through controlling the breath and the body, said Patanjali.
This class combines Ashtanga and Hatha yoga: a physically demanding style, in which breathing is synchronized with movement between asanas (postures); it encourages profuse sweating to purify and detoxify and it produces strength, flexibility, and stamina. Hatha Yoga: the traditional  style which is  designed to promote mental and physical well-being and to allow the mind to focus and become free from distraction for long periods of meditation, along with pranayama (breath control).
